There are two weekends left for the National League indoor before the Gala Finals day 4th February there is plenty at stake for the boys and Girls.
Clydesdale Western, runners up in the last two play-off finals have been missing the majority of their experienced players due to National Team’s outdoor commitments. The younger girls have stepped up well and the girls are in the running for a semi final place in the play-off. They are in action on Sunday at Bell’s vs Edinburgh Uni and Bon Accord with their last league game on 29th vs Cala Edinburgh Ladies. One win should be enough to secure a semi final place. The semi is on 29th and the Final on 4th February.
Clydesdale Western 2s are in a creditable 3rd place in National Division 2 and finish their campaign this weekend.
The Boys face a struggle at the other end of the league. They are in a group with Wildcats, Inverleith and Menzieshill with 3 points in the bag. Basically a win vs Wildcats on Saturday 21st will mean the boys are safe likely to be safe.
Boys 2s finish their schedule this weekend and must beat Stepps and possibly points vs Inverleith 2s or Kelburne 2s to avoid finishing last in the league.
