PSL Clydesdale fought out a hard earned draw with Kelburne today at Titwood. In a fast paced game there were chances at each end before Ciaran Crawford opened the scoring from a short corner midway through the half. Kelburne were spurred into increased action and Clydesdale failed to clear a cross from the right which was volleyed towards goals before appearing to strike a defender. Mark Ralph scored the resulting penalty flick. 1-1 at half time. Clydesdale started second half well and soon forced a short corner which this time was converted by Andrew Allan. The lead was short lived as a cross from the left was deflected into his own net by Michael McKenzie. The games continued to be fast and furious and both teams had spells defending with 10 as first Fraser Hirst and then Adam Bain picked up yellows cards. Despite a late short corner to Clydesdale and both teams best efforts there were no more goals.
