The boys won 6 – 1 in what turned out to be an excellent display of fast and effective passing. Having taken a 6 goal lead the result was in no doubt as Perthshire scored their goal toward the end of the game. Goals from Murray Colins (4), Chris Mcfadden and John Joe Lonergan.
The girls showed early pressure with a number of near misses including a strike off the post but we had to wait to nearer half time for the deadlock to be broken. With a one nil lead the girls started the second half with confidence to stretch the lead to three. Again a late goal gave Inverleith some hope but it was too little too late.
