PSL Clydesdale inflicted the second defeat of the season on Menzieshill with a 5-1 win on Saturday. Clydesdale went up 2-0 in the opening minutes with goals from Marcus Adams and Paddy Lonergan and added to their lead through a short corner from Chris McFadden. Menzieshill started the second half pressing hard and got one back. The next goal was going to be important and Clydesdale were awarded another short corner which was dispatched by Chris McFadden. As Menzieshill pressed to get back in to the game Ewan Fraser was able to score another to make the points safe.
In the Girl’s battle Grove Menzieshill girls won 3-2 vs. Clydesdale Western.
