Poland 2009 29th, 30th and 31st May

The club sent a very young squad to the event this year and all the players perfomed well above expectation. They finished mid table which I consider an excellent result for such a young squad. All have asked to go back next year (perhaps with food that does not cause turned up little noses! - The adults enjoyed the good food..)

Under 16 Boys Scottish Cup

In a fine day at Peffermill, the team started out with a 5-0 win of 5 against Dundee Wanderers.

The second game, though not tougher was won 5 - 1 against Bon Accord. The third match was against a very young Kelburne side and 'Dale ran out 3 - 0 winners. In game 3, with a comfortable buffer, Watsonians (having lost to Wanderers) were defeated 2-1 to ensure the cup came back to Titwood. The lads were delighted to lift the Scottish Cup and receive their gold medals. Martin Boag, Scottish Hockey's first honorary President, presented the trophy to happy skipper, Greg.
